How do I know if my order has been shipped?
A confirmation email will be sent to you with the shipping detail. It may take a few hours for us to add a tracking number to your order.
What do I do to change my shipping information or change of address?
If there are any changes that are needed to be made to your order or shipping information, please email us at email@example.com We may or may not be able to make the changes, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us.
Items are accepted for return 10 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in along with the original packaging. We will need the receipt and proof of purchase.
Shipping an item back for the return
Unless the product is defective upon delivery, a return shipping of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Once a returned item arrives in our office it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that if your returned order has to pass through customs, this can take up to an additional 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience.
